Ichiran is a tonkotsu vending machine experience. Fine if you're solo and hate eye contact. But "ramen"? No. Real Hakata tonkotsu: Shin-Shin in Tenjin. Shoyu? Try Menya Hanabi in Nagoya for taiwan-style. Don't come at me with Tokyo chain takes.
